[Karlsruhe, October 23, 2023] – Unicon warmly invites its customers, partners, and friends to the premiere of its next generation operating system – eLux 7. This exclusive in-person event will take place at a cinema in Karlsruhe, commencing at 3 pm on November 21st.

eLux is an ultra-light-weight, hardware-agnostic, and highly secure x86 endpoint operating system that’s purpose-built to help you scale and secure your end-user computing in VDI and DaaS environments.

Guests will be the first to preview the upcoming release by watching a fascinating live demo. They’ll get the latest insights into Unicon’s new, pioneering solution and its completely redesigned user interface. Furthermore, meeting the development team that’s a driving force for agile and secure hybrid workplace. They’ll also learn about Unicon’s strategic direction for 2024, and the company’s expert take on market trends in VDI/DaaS.

Event highlights

A key feature of the new release is the revolutionary ‘Speed Update’ technology that facilitates frictionless background updates of individual apps and components without interrupting your workflow. A single keystroke takes you to the new version, and you can revert in seconds without reinstalling.

Unicon will also introduce the eLux Ready program, an innovative technical partner network that promises huge benefits for customers and resellers as more and more devices and software are certified and tested, guaranteeing smoother integration and fewer support cases.
